As a kid who grew up in the streets, I got into a lot of trouble. I found discipline as a way to manage my physical body and my emotions. I started kickboxing at 18 and then studied yoga when I retired from Kickboxing at 32. Through both disciplines I discovered that movement is the medicine the body uses for longevity. Now, I teach kids and adults these disciplines through drills and skills they can apply to their daily existence. In these workouts we will explore and develop different aspects of movement that will create strength in your body and mind. Boxing requires awareness of the body. We will expand that awareness to include your emotional fitness and stillness of movement.
